Missionaries We Support

By the grace of God, Christ Chapel supports the following missionaries. Some receive monthly financial support while others are supported on a special offering basis.

Charles & Kimberly Fick

The Ficks work for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at Cornell University. Charles is the chaplain of the Cornell Christian Fellowship. (Contact Charles at cf52@cornell.edu.) Kimberly is the chaplain of the Asian American InterVarsity Fellowship. (Contact Kim at klm265@cornell.edu.)

Ernie & Donna Manges

The Manges are missionaries with Evangelical Free Church Missions ReachGlobal. Having served 20 years in the Philippines, Ernie now leads the training of new missionary candidates. He is also professor of theology and church history at the Cebu Graduate School of Theology in the Philippines and serves on the EFCA’s Spiritual Heritage Committee. He has an M.A. in church history and an M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh (Scotland).

Bob & Claire Rothrock

The Rothrocks work in The Netherlands on financial administration for Trans World Radio.

Louie Rudin

Louie is area director of Young Life, Tompkins County.

Tim & MaryLou Tiner

The Tiners are “on loan” to the International Training Institute (ITI), based in Greeley, Colorado. This “seminary on wheels” trains, equips, disciples, and develops indigenous pastors and leaders, many of whom work with unreached people groups or in limited access countries. They serve with WorldVenture. The Tiners served in Vienna, Austria, from 1991 until 2012.

Bob & Virginia Travis

The Travis family are church-planting missionaries in Yahara, Tokyo, Japan. They work with TEAM (The Evangelical Alliance Mission). The Travises can be contacted via email at bgtravis@tkk.att.ne.jp.


Christ Chapel also supports other missionaries who, for security reasons, cannot be named. These individuals work with Africa Inland MissionEvangel Bible Translators, and Wycliffe Bible Translators.
